It's not possible to receive refund directly when you cancel your ticket, due to difference between policies or proposal times of credit card, mobile payment service and bank. Refund will be sent within 3~7 days.
If you checked your reservation has been canceled in 'Confirmation / Cancellation' on the quick menu of BIFAN2018 website, please ask for your credit card corporation, mobile service agency or your bank.

A cancellation fee is charged only on screening day. A fee of KRW 1,000 will be added per cancellation.
* You can cancel your ticket without a fee before the screening day.

Yes. If you want someone to pick up your ticket at the box office, you should give them reservation numbers or printed receipt.
