​One of the most important days in cinematic history, Friday the 13th will come  this July over the first weekend of the festival. We are thrilled to celebrate the day with a special package of midnight screenings. Horror fans will be able to enjoy three carefully selcted midnight movies, a talk session with horror filmmakers and actors, plus a complimentary gift set specially designed for the audience of Friday the 13th. Don’t miss it!

Various audience participation events will be held at the lawn square of Bucheon City Hall, which is the main event space for the festival. Win the BiFanians! There are activities with volunteers in lawn square. Besides you can enjoy face painting and other events related to the Outdoor Mission Event. Don’t miss the events and get the various prizes.

Freddy Krueger of ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’, Zombies of ‘Dawn of the Dead’ and Leather face of ‘The Texas Chain Saw Massacre’ will find you? These characters can only be found at BIFAN. They will come to you for your enjoyment, no matter where you are in the event. Volunteers will wear costumes, you can take pictures with them. Enjoy activities with various characters, games and quizzes.

We know that it is so competitive these days to get unique, memorable and limited movie goods. For all movie lovers, we will open a Flea Market for movie goods on Saturday, July 14. Free admission. Please check our website for further information of sellers.

Are you curious about the secrets of the posters that stimulated Horror Mania’s bloody instinct this year? The charisma figures in the posters come back to the exhibition. In a scary way? A little cute way!

Indie Lounge is a club for the big fans of indie films to get all of the information about the independent films. The Indie Lounge, which will be held during the film festival, will also have an exhibition to look back on 20 years of INDIESTORY. Diligent people can meet independent film directors at small surprise guest events!
