Discount of KRW 2,000 for child and one accompanied guest.(date of birth must fall between 2011 and July 2014)
- No discount available for opening/closing ceremonies and films in the 'Family Zone' section.
- Must show identification and relevant documentation
(medical insurance card, certified copy or abstract of resident registration, etc.).
- Children under 7 years of age will only be admitted into films with a G (General Audiences) rating.
- ※ Children under 48 months of age
- Children under 48 months may be eligible for free admission if they share a seat with their guardian. (A separate seat will not be provided.)
- If a ticket is purchased separately for a child under 48 months, a discount of KRW 2,000 will be given
to the child and one accompanied guest.

| How to Purchase |
Purchases can be made through the official homepage until midnight (23:59) of the day before a
movie's screening date. Registration is required.
- Same day ticket purchases cannot be made online.
- You may purchase up to 4 tickets per individual screening, per order.

- Tickets may be picked up after the reservation number (SMS reservation confirmation, mobile
reservation confirmation page) has been confirmed at the box offices.
- After purchasing your ticket online, you may enter the theater with your 'mobile ticket' without
having a physical ticket issued.

- If online tickets are sold out, tickets will be on sale to first comers at the box offices on the screening date (opening/closing ceremonies excluded).
- Tickets will not be reissued and refunds will not be given for issues that arise due to personal
circumstances (e.g. lost tickets, damaged tickets, traffic delays, going to the wrong theater,
mistaking the movie time, etc.).

- ENTERING THE THEATER WITH A MOBILE TICKET
- Mobile tickets must be shown to a festival volunteer before entering the theater.
- Mobile tickets may be checked via the Mobile Ticket page on the BIFAN2018 mobile site (m.bifan.kr).
- If you have already been issued a physical ticket at the ticket booth, you will not be allowed entrance into the theater with
a mobile ticket.
- A photo or an image of the mobile ticket will not be accepted.
- A mobile ticket cannot be used to gain entrance to the opening/closing ceremonies
(physical ticket must be issued at the ticket booth).
