Within Box Office operating hours
- Issued tickets must be returned to the
box office for cancellation.

| Cancellation Fee |
If a cancellation is made on the screening date, a fee of KRW 1,000 will be added per cancellation.
- A fee will not be added if the cancellation is made on the day before the screening date
- Refunds and cancellations for personal reasons including loss, damage, condition,
of any other mistakes about screening are not available.

| Remarks |
- Partial cancellations are not allowed. If you wish to make a partial cancellation, you must cancel
the ticket and make a new purchase.
- Tickets that have been issued after purchase can only be canceled at the box offices.
The ticket that you wish to cancel must be presented.
- Tickets that have passed the expiry date for cancellations/refunds will not be eligible for
cancellations/refunds.
- If tickets must be refunded due to circumstances on behalf of the festival,
a 100% refund will be given at the box offices (only for ticket holders).
